2009 China Yiwu International Wooden Products Fair Is Scheduled to Be Held in October

  In 2008, the China Yiwu International Wooden Products Fair, mainly for commodities exhibition, was firstly held on October 31, 2008 in Yiwu, which was hosted by Forestry Department of Zhejiang Province. In year of 2009, it will be hosted by State Administration of Forestry and Zhejiang People's Government, which is hoped to become the trade platform for forest products toward the country and the world, and push the development of modern forestry.

    The 2008 China Yiwu International Wooden Products Fair realized the trade turnover of 1.095 billion yuan and attracted about 82,000 visitors from 63 countries and territories to Yiwu for procurements. During October 31 to November 2, the 2009 China Yiwu International Wooden Products Fair is scheduled to be held in Yiwu, with the theme of "Natural health, Green environment protection".
